Great Camera Case & Outstanding Service, 7.30.2007

I own a Destination Wedding company in Honolulu, Hawaii and I own several products from the Pelican line and have always been impressed with the quality of their products. The 1510 Carry on Case was no exception. Quality craftsmanship, dependable materials, and a lifetime warranty, what more could you need.
This was our first time ordering from Miles Tactical, but it will not be our last as the service we received was exceptional and the delivery was faster than expected. We placed he order on Thursday and were told that lid organizer for the 1510 was backordered and would not be received for 3 to 4 weeks and the only 1510 case that was in stock was the tan colored one and not the black case that we wanted. The Customer Service representative at Miles Tactical went out of his way to find and ship the requested black case as well as the lid organizer which was received just 2 days later on Saturday.
