Sniper BDU Jacket
High Quality Jute Thread is sewn directly
on to a Military BDU 4 pocket coat. These are made by "Propper".
The sewn on Jute thread covers the entire Back of the jacket, tops of
the arms, and shoulders. The Hood is attached, and thumb loops are sewn
into the cuff to keep the sleeves from pulling up on your arm while
crawling.
The Front Chest area and the forearms have a
1000 Denier Cordura Plus material sewn on for those long Sniper crawls.
The Cordura "Plus" means it has a Urethane Coating for water
repellency. All the buttons on the chest have been removed, and Velcro
has been sewn on to secure the jacket closed. This makes your crawl
more comfortable without feeling the buttons ( Weight 6 lbs).
The Hood is built the same way we build our
Ghillie Poncho - by hand tying the Jute thread to a 1"x1"
netting, finally sewing this to the Jacket. This design keeps you cooler,
allowing the wind to pass through and allows for better hearing.
Sniper BDU Pants
High Quality Jute Thread is sewn directly on to Military
BDU trousers. The Jute thread is sewn on to the back of the trousers
and a 1000 Denier Cordura Plus Material is sewn on to the front for
those long sniper crawls. The Cordura "Plus" means it has
a Urethane Coating for water repellency (Weight 3.5 lbs). If "Propper"
brand is unavailable at the time, we will use "Tru-Spec" Brand.
