If you receive your order and its not what you expected, then simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 15 days. As soon as we receive your item, your card will be credited with the purchase price minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

If the item is damaged, you get to choose from a refund or an exchange of the same item.

Do you like our products but you found the same item elsewhere for a better price? If you give us a chance we will match that price. You can simply contact us and let us know the URL of the site with the lower price and we will send you a coupon code that will meet or even beat the lower price. Its quick and easy. Some of our products such as the large pelican cases cannot be shipped international. These products require a custom shipping quote which you can get by contacting us.

How to quickly get a shipping quote

Shipping is based on the weight and destination of the item being purchased. You can add the product you want to the cart and use the mini cart on the right to get the shipping costs!. Simply click on "Quickly Calculate Shipping" and then enter your shipping information and click "update".

NOTE: For shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/Military, and outside of the Contiguous U.S. You must select USPS as the shipping provider.
